What date is the race? 
Sunday December 15th 2024 -

What time is registration on Sunday? 
Registration is open from 7:45am to 8:45am

Where is registration/briefing on Sunday? 
Registration is held in the main sports hall at Osprey.

What time is the race briefing? 
8:50am for all races - this will be held on the start line.

Where does the race start and finish? 
The race starts and finishes at Osprey Leisure Centre.

What time do the races start? 
The 5k and 10k starts at 9am

How much does it cost? 
The 5k is £16 and the 10k is £20 - ALL proceeds go to the Osprey Leisure Centre Fund.
Bespoke medal to all finishers.

Is there an age limit? 
Everyone is welcome, but an adult must accompany all under 16s.

Do I have to run?
You can either run or walk the event.

What is the route like? 
The course is a mix of road and trail. The coast path along the beach road is a little rocky, so care needs to be taken, There are a few road crossings that will be marshalled.

The 5k race is on the same course as the 10k, but you will be turned by marshals at the halfway point.

What will be available at the aid stations? 
Water, squash, coke and jelly babies. Please bring your own bottles to fill to help reduce waste.
There will also be soup, hot chocolate and cake available to buy at the cafe.

Where is the aid station? 
At mile 4.

Is there car parking available? 
Parking will be available in the surrounding car parks

Are there toilets and showers available? 
Yes, there are both at the Osprey Leisure Centre.

Is there a refund policy? 
No, we do not offer a refund policy on this event, as all funds go directly to the charity. The T&Cs are
